About the role

The Health and Wellness Center at Asian University for Women is seeking dedicated Staff Nurses to deliver high‑quality health services to students and the wider university community. This full‑time, onsite position offers the opportunity to contribute to a vibrant campus health environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and routine health checks.
• Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and wound management.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to develop care plans.
• Participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives on campus.
• Monitor and improve the quality of health services offered by the center.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of nursing experience in a clinical or community health setting.
• Registered nursing qualification recognized in Bangladesh.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a diverse student population.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and care.
