Store Officer

About the role

The Store Officer will oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and cold‑storage activities in a modern frozen‑fish processing facility. The role ensures accurate stock records, compliance with food‑safety standards, and continuous support for production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory movements, receiving, storage, and dispatch of frozen fish products.
• Maintain cold‑storage conditions and monitor temperature controls.
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams to meet material requirements.
• Implement and enforce food‑safety and hygiene protocols within the warehouse.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, wastage, and storage efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or cold‑storage management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Fisheries, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Management is a plus.
