Student Counsellor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Student Counsellor to join our team at Language Blender in Dhaka. In this full-time, office-based position you will support students throughout their learning journey, helping them make informed decisions about courses and enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and advice to prospective and current students regarding program options and admission requirements.
• Assist students with enrollment procedures, documentation, and scheduling.
• Address student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with academic staff to ensure accurate information is communicated.
• Maintain records of student interactions and update the counselling database.

Required profile

• Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BA, BBA, MA, MBA) or relevant skill-based training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using office software for record-keeping and communication.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from Tk. 20,000 to Tk. 30,000.
