Talent Acquisition Intern – Bangladesh

About the role

Commure is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support its recruitment and employer branding initiatives in Bangladesh. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and university partners to build talent pipelines and enhance the company’s presence on campuses.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day recruitment activities such as candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and on‑site activations, and organize virtual or in‑person events like seminars and workshops.
• Maintain applicant databases and recruitment trackers, and document outcomes of campus initiatives.
• Assist in creating and distributing promotional content for employer branding across campuses and social media.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive, creative attitude.
• Active involvement in extracurricular activities or university clubs and willingness to travel to universities.
• Understanding of data confidentiality and professional integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
