About the role

The Technical Specialist – MEAL will support the implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning system for a UN‑OCHA‑funded project, ensuring effective data management and learning in line with Save the Children standards.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement the project MEAL plan and maintain project databases.
Update IPTT monthly, analyse monitoring data and prepare donor reports on time.
Support monitoring of project activities and orient accountability mechanisms for staff and partners.
Document lessons learned, good practices and case studies to enhance project visibility.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in humanitarian programmes.
At least 2 years of experience in database or information management.
Fluency in Bengali and basic English communication skills.
Master’s degree in a social science discipline from a UGC‑approved university.

Required skills

Microsoft Office proficiency.
Basic computer skills for data entry and simple data analysis.
