About the role
The Upazila Manager will lead local development initiatives in Assasuni, working from the office of Uttaran. This contract position focuses on managing programs that contribute to community resilience and sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and implementation of development projects within the upazila.
- Coordinate with local authorities, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Development Studies, Disaster Management, Environmental Science, Geography, Geology, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
