YouTube & Social Media Growth Manager

About the role

The YouTube & Social Media Growth Manager will lead the expansion of our YouTube channel and associated social platforms, driving audience acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy and digital marketing, requiring a data‑driven approach to scale viewership and subscriber numbers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for YouTube and other social media channels.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content, publishing schedules, and promotion tactics.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to align content with audience interests.
• Manage community engagement, comment moderation, and audience interaction.
• Identify partnership and cross‑promotion opportunities to broaden reach.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in YouTube channel management, digital video growth, or social media growth.
• Proven track record of increasing subscribers, watch time, and engagement.
• Experience in media, entertainment, production houses, television, OTT, music, MCN, or similar YouTube‑based businesses is strongly preferred.
• Educational requirements may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional practical results.
