Material Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Materials Engineer to lead quality control and assurance for construction materials and workmanship on road safety and highway civil works projects. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure all materials, testing, and construction outputs meet approved specifications, standards, drawings, and contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure quality control and testing of construction materials and completed works in accordance with specifications and approved standards.
• Review, witness, and verify laboratory and field test results for materials and workmanship.
• Maintain complete QA/QC documentation and provide materials‑related inputs to supervision reports and payment certifications.

Required profile

• Graduation in Civil Engineering.
• Approximately 10 years of overall professional experience, with at least 7 years in quality control testing of civil works and materials for roads and building projects.

Required skills

• Quality control and assurance of construction materials.
• Materials testing (laboratory and field).
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards and specifications.
