Project Manager – DFAT 5 (Health, Child Protection & Education)

About the role

The Project Manager – DFAT 5 will lead the DFAT‑funded “Protecting Lives and Building Resilience in Cox’s Bazar through Locally Led Integrated Health, Child Protection and Education Services” project, ensuring integrated delivery across health, child protection and education.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall management and coordination of the DFAT‑funded project in Cox’s Bazar.
• Ensure effective, timely and quality implementation across Health, Child Protection and Education in line with the approved proposal, results framework, budget and DFAT requirements.
• Facilitate coordination among technical teams, implementing partners, government and coordination stakeholders, and monitor budget utilisation and compliance.
• Lead localisation, partner capacity strengthening, cross‑sector referral mechanisms, climate and disaster resilience, GEDSI, accountability to affected populations and the project’s transition, hand‑over and close‑out.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a management or supervisory position.
• Knowledge of the CRC and other human‑rights instruments, rights‑based programming and project‑cycle management.
• Master’s degree, preferably in Social Sciences or a related discipline.
