Manager, Sales - B2B Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

Delivery Hero's foodpanda unit is hiring a Manager, Sales in Dhaka to drive B2B sales for its GFS cloud kitchen business. The role owns end-to-end sales of local and international restaurant brands, negotiates commercial terms and leads vendor onboarding, with a focus on filling capacity quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end B2B sales: prospecting, pitching and closing contracts to bring high-performing restaurant brands into GFS cloud kitchens.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to secure anchor tenants and keep stall occupancy high across current and upcoming kitchen sites.
• Negotiate commercial terms such as fixed monthly stall rents, lease durations and commission structures.
• Lead vendor onboarding after signing, collecting documents and coordinating operational readiness so partners go live quickly.
• Hand off fully onboarded vendors to local kitchen operations, marketing and facilities management.
• Oversee and coach the sales/BD team while personally owning individual acquisition quotas.
• Track competitor activity, culinary trends and high-demand zones to target the right vendor categories.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven B2B business development, sales or strategic account management experience; direct experience in food-tech, e-commerce or the local restaurant industry is highly preferred.
• Strong network of restaurant owners or F&B decision-makers in Bangladesh.
• Native or fluent Bangla and fluency in English preferred.
