About the role

The Deputy Manager – Seed Processing will lead and support seed processing operations for Haychem (Bangladesh) Limited. This full‑time position is based anywhere in Bangladesh and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily seed processing activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with production teams, quality control and logistics to meet processing targets.
Monitor compliance with agricultural standards and company procedures.
Assist in planning, budgeting and reporting for the seed processing unit.

Required profile

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in seed processing or related agricultural operations.
Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture.
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture.
