About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead our pest control teams and ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and professional services. The role involves overseeing site operations, coordinating with clients, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pest control teams to deliver effective treatments.
• Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Handle chemicals safely and ensure proper storage and usage.
• Maintain service quality and monitor performance metrics.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
• Ensure efficient and professional pest control services across all assignments.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in pest control or a related field.
• Proven experience supervising field teams.
• HSC training in pest control or entomology is an added advantage.
