About the role
The Associate Officer – Youth Environment & Climate will work with ActionAid Bangladesh to support youth‑focused environmental and climate actions in the Teknaf and Ukhia areas of Bangladesh. This full‑time position involves collaborating with local communities, especially Rohingya populations, to promote sustainable practices and climate resilience. The role is based on‑site and contributes to the organization’s broader mission of environmental justice and disaster preparedness.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- University degree in Environmental Science, Disaster Management or a related discipline.
- At least one year of relevant experience, preferably with hands‑on work in Rohingya response or similar humanitarian contexts.
