Call Center Executive

About the role
The Call Center Executive will join Kashmiri Beauty By Jiniath in Dhaka to manage daily call center operations and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and initiate outbound calls as needed.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Achieve daily and monthly call handling targets.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service standards.
Required profile
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and Bengali.
- Strong listening skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Basic computer literacy for using call center software.
- No specific prior experience required.
