About the role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our construction projects across Bangladesh. The successful candidate will apply civil engineering knowledge to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on site while supporting project delivery objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate civil engineering activities on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress, identify issues, and report them to project management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site works, inspections, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental guidelines on site.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil site engineering.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Excel.
