Coal-Fired Power Plant Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Coal-Fired Power Plant Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of power plant projects across Bangladesh. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to manage complex engineering initiatives while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of coal‑fired power plant projects, from concept through commissioning.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, energy, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
