About the role

Rainbow Life Science is looking for motivated individuals to join its customer service team as a Customer Service Officer or Senior Customer Service Officer. The role is based in one of several offices across Bangladesh and involves direct interaction with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer calls, emails and messages.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Log and track customer interactions using the company’s internal system.
Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Required profile

Diploma in Fisheries, BSc in Zoology, or any other graduate degree.
0 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in a customer‑facing environment.
Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
Ability to work in an office setting and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
