Customer Success Executive

About the role

Ding is looking for a Customer Success Executive to provide exceptional service to customers via live chat, WhatsApp and email. You will work across time zones, resolve issues, and help improve the product based on customer feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time support through live chat, WhatsApp and email.
• Collaborate with global team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Achieve quality and productivity targets while working independently.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
• Handle complaints, offer solutions within set time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify and communicate experience issues to drive product enhancements.

Required profile

• Team player with a “can do” attitude and desire for continuous improvement.
• 1.5+ years experience in a high‑volume customer service environment.
• Strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience delivering against customer satisfaction targets in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Live‑chat and WhatsApp customer care experience.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with chatbot tools.
