About the role
We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join our RCM Global Operations team in Dhaka. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy and process reliability to support healthcare providers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance checks on operational processes, ensuring zero errors.
- Follow detailed processes meticulously and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
- Analyze large datasets and perform quality checks using SQL and other tools.
- Write detailed instructions and process documents to guide internal teams.
- Communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management to uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Proficiency with SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ownership and accountability mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
