Deputy Chief Engineer - MEP & Hydraulic (Water Park & Amusement Park)

About the role

We are seeking a Deputy Chief Engineer to lead MEP and hydraulic engineering for water‑park and amusement‑park projects. The role reports to the Chief Engineer and will be based in our Dhaka office, overseeing design, installation and commissioning of complex water‑attraction systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP design activities for water‑park and amusement‑park facilities.
• Lead installation, testing and commissioning of hydraulic and water‑attraction systems.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards and project specifications.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and as‑built drawings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years on water‑park, amusement‑park, aquatic centre or large swimming‑pool projects.
• Proven experience in design coordination, installation, testing and commissioning of hydraulic systems.
