ERP Finance and Accounting Implementation Specialist

About the role

The ERP Finance and Accounting Implementation Specialist will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ERP finance and accounting modules for PKSF, ensuring that the solution meets the organization’s financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end ERP finance and accounting implementation projects, from requirement gathering to post‑go‑live support.
• Conduct gap analysis, configure modules, and oversee data migration and validation.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for finance users and create comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business processes.
• Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and implement continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent BBA with strong academic record).
• Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, CMA is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including proven ERP finance/accounting implementation projects.
• Strong analytical abilities and a track record of delivering complex financial systems.
