About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team in promoting and distributing wooden kitchenware, specifically wooden spatulas and chopping boards, for FM Industries & Production Hub. This position is based in the Uttara office and offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies for wooden spatulas and chopping boards.
• Maintain relationships with existing distributors and identify new market opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Participate in trade shows and product demonstrations as required.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer goods or kitchenware.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office setting.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting.
