Executive - Spare Parts (Mahindra Tractor Division)

About the role

We are seeking an Executive for the Spare Parts department of the Mahindra Tractor Division. The role is based in our Tongi office and involves managing spare parts inventory and supporting the sales and service teams. This is a full‑time position reporting to the Head of Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, storage and distribution of tractor spare parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing.
• Assist the sales team with parts availability and order processing.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, turnover and forecast demand.

Required profile

• 1 to 5 years of experience in spare parts, inventory management or related automotive field.
• Bachelor of Science in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant diploma (Mechanical, Power, Automobile).
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
