Executive, Quality Assurance/Production

About the role

The Executive, Quality Assurance/Production will oversee manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices at the Pabna plant.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure manufacturing processes follow planning, guidelines, SOPs and cGMP compliance.
• Prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR) and related documentation.
• Supervise, train and assess operators, helpers and other production workers.
• Track productivity on daily, monthly and yearly basis.
• Monitor raw material dispensing and packaging processes to ensure GMP compliance.
• Perform in‑process checks (IPC), batch release activities and change control.
• Maintain SOPs, QMS documentation and handle batch documents and retention samples.
• Investigate quality incidents and conduct training needs assessments.

Required profile

• M. Pharm or B. Pharm from a reputable university.
• 1‑2 years of related experience preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged.
• Good command of MS Office and strong interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to shift work.
• Age not exceeding 30 years.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements and compliance.
