Front Desk and Billing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Front Desk and Billing Officer to join our team at BRAC Enterprises in Siddheswari, Dhaka. This full‑time, office‑based role combines front‑desk duties with billing responsibilities within a healthcare setting. The position reports to the administrative manager and offers a single vacancy. Only Bangladeshi nationals are eligible; age, education, and experience criteria may be relaxed for promising candidates. The successful candidate will work regular office hours and will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing patient check‑ins, and processing billing transactions. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy in financial records, and strong communication with patients and staff. Applicants should possess a Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification with at least a second‑class standing or a CGPA of 2.50, and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
