About the role
Kuthi Group is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead its operations in Dhaka. This full‑time, office‑based position reports directly to the executive board and is responsible for steering the company’s strategic direction. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to implement business plans and monitor performance metrics, while maintaining a visible presence within the local market.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- MBA/EMBA in Management, Marketing, Finance or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Project Management or Real Estate are an added advantage.
- At least 10 years of senior management experience with a proven record of professional achievements.
