About the role

We are seeking a General Manager – HR and Admin to lead our human resources and administrative functions at Pakiza Cotton Spinning Mills. This senior position reports to senior leadership and plays a key role in fostering a professional workplace, career growth, and a culture of teamwork and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relations.
• Manage administrative operations ensuring efficient office processes and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies that support continuous learning and long‑term success.
• Lead a team of HR and admin staff, driving engagement and talent development.
• Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and best HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
