Head of Commercial Excellence and CX

About the role

As the Head of Commercial Excellence and CX at Roche Bangladesh, you will be a key member of the Bangladesh Leadership Team, shaping and executing omnichannel and digital health strategies to drive portfolio performance and elevate customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic commercial plans to expand market presence.
• Design and execute partnering projects including distribution, co‑marketing and localization initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape and unmet customer needs.
• Develop and implement an omnichannel and digital health strategy tailored to customer and patient journeys.
• Mentor digital teams, build high‑performing platforms using agile methodologies and drive in‑field execution strategies.
• Partner with healthcare ecosystem stakeholders, government bodies and key accounts to advance shared outcomes.

Required profile

• Visionary leader with at least 5 years of experience managing complex commercial projects in a matrix environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh pharmaceutical landscape and healthcare ecosystem.
• Outstanding networking, active listening and collaboration skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with high adaptability, ethical anchor and decisive decision‑making focused on value creation.
