About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer at the Assistant Vice President level to lead multiple HR functions including compensation & benefits, HR business partnering, organization development, recruitment & selection, and compliance within The Premier Bank PLC.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Partner with business units to provide strategic HR guidance.
- Develop and implement organization development initiatives.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Required profile
- Post‑graduation degree from a reputable university with no third division/class.
- Minimum three years of relevant HR experience in a banking or financial services environment.
