Institutional Development and Training Specialist

About the role

The Institutional Development and Training Specialist will support the client’s institutional strengthening agenda and deliver a comprehensive training program for the project. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure the project’s financial and operational success while contributing to sustainable development outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist client units in implementing institutional development activities, including planning and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate inputs from external consultancies, individuals, and firms to align with project objectives.
• Develop and deliver a training plan tailored to project needs.
• Maintain liaison with the client to achieve assignment goals.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide feedback to the Project Management Unit.
• Handle monitoring & evaluation, reporting, and presentation tasks.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the client.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in institutional development, training, or related areas.
