About the role

The Law & Estate Officer will support Vertex Off-Dock Logistic Services Ltd by managing legal matters and overseeing estate-related responsibilities. This full‑time office‑based position requires a seasoned professional with a solid background in law and estate administration.

Key responsibilities

Provide legal advice and representation on corporate, contractual, and regulatory issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Manage property and estate records, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Coordinate with external counsel and government agencies as needed.
Monitor legislative changes affecting logistics and estate operations.

Required profile

Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree.
8 to 10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in logistics or related sectors.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English.
