Manager – Oracle Technical Advisory (Dhaka)

About the role

Join PwC's Oracle Services Practice as a Manager responsible for guiding clients in Dhaka through the design, implementation and optimisation of Oracle solutions across finance, supply chain, HR and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Implementation & solution design for Oracle EBS and Fusion, including greenfield, rollout and upgrade projects.
• Gather business requirements, perform gap‑fit analysis and create technical designs (MD70).
• Lead technical tracks such as BIP, OTB, IOIC, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports and ensure best‑practice alignment.
• Participate in CRP, SIT and UAT cycles, support data migration, validation and cut‑over activities.
• Provide hyper‑care, post‑go‑live support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Engage with business users, IT teams and leadership, deliver training and knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Required profile

• 8‑15 years of experience in Oracle SCM, with 4‑8 years hands‑on Oracle EBS.
• At least one full lifecycle Oracle ERP implementation; exposure to Oracle Fusion is a strong advantage.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; MBA/PGDM in SCM or Operations is a plus.
• Relevant Oracle technical certification (mandatory); Oracle Fusion certification preferred.
