Medical Manager – Phone-based Health Education

About the role

The Medical Manager will lead the creation and governance of an evidence‑based medical knowledge system for Noora Health Bangladesh’s phone‑based health education platform. This role ensures clinical accuracy, oversees AI‑generated content, and drives quality assurance through audits and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an evidence‑based knowledge bank and FAQs for the phone‑based health education platform.
• Create standardized, medically accurate, contextualised responses to common caregiver queries.
• Provide medically correct answers to health queries referred by the medical support team.
• Review AI‑generated (Co‑pilot) responses for medical accuracy and give feedback.
• Design and update protocols for auditing and quality assurance of medical content.
• Conduct periodic audits, produce detailed reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of response systems.

Required profile

• Medical degree or equivalent clinical background.
• Experience in medical content development, knowledge management or health education.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for quality audits.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, research and engineering teams.
