Medical Support Executive (Bangla & English)

About the role

The Medical Support Executive will join Noora Health’s Remote Engagement Service (RES) to provide timely, reliable health information to patients and caregivers across Bangladesh. This full‑time position focuses on delivering accurate medical guidance through digital channels while ensuring a compassionate user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient and caregiver questions on the RES platform (WhatsApp, phone‑based services, or other digital channels) on a 16/7 roster.
• Support queries across Maternal & Child Health, Non‑Communicable Diseases, General Medicine, General Surgery, ANC, PNC, and SCANU content areas.
• Review and edit AI‑generated responses to guarantee medical accuracy, completeness, and empathy before sending.
• Escalate urgent or high‑priority cases according to established triaging protocols.
• Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to report and resolve platform issues.
• Assist in developing a two‑way response system and building a knowledge base of FAQs and answers.

Required profile

• Healthcare professional with solid clinical knowledge across the listed content areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Commitment to delivering empathetic, patient‑centered support.
• Ability to work independently within a 16/7 shift schedule.

Required skills

• Fluency in Bangla and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in reviewing and editing AI‑generated medical content.
• Effective triage and escalation of urgent health cases.
• Basic familiarity with digital messaging platforms and collaboration with technical teams.
