Project Procurement Manager – Construction, EPC & Cement Infrastructure

About the role

The Project Procurement Manager will lead end‑to‑end procurement for the VRM‑3 Cement Expansion Project, ensuring EPC contracts are executed on time and within budget. This senior position reports to senior management and works closely with engineering, finance and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for major equipment, civil and electrical packages.
• Control capital expenditures (Capex) and monitor commercial risk throughout the project.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to secure best value and quality.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors to guarantee timely delivery to commercial operation date (COD).
• Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• MBA or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or Finance.
• 8–12 years of procurement experience in construction, EPC or cement infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale, capital‑intensive contracts.
