About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to lead our CAD operations within a leading Ready‑Made Garments (RMG) factory. The role focuses on optimizing marker efficiency, controlling costs, and ensuring high‑quality pattern development for woven, knit, and denim products.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee CAD processes using Gerber, Lectra, and Optitex systems to create accurate markers and patterns.
- Manage marker efficiency and cost‑control initiatives across product lines.
- Ensure precision in pattern grading, fit accuracy, and tech‑pack interpretation.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to align CAD outputs with manufacturing requirements.
- Mentor junior CAD staff and drive continuous improvement in workflow.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in CAD within the textile or apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of woven, knit, and denim construction.
- Detail‑oriented with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
