About the role
Akij Resources is seeking a proactive Senior Officer or Assistant Manager to lead statutory reporting and taxation compliance. You will ensure the accuracy of financial statements, maintain audit readiness, and strengthen governance across the finance function.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee preparation and filing of statutory financial statements.
- Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Consolidate financial data from multiple sources and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with finance teams to improve reporting transparency.
- Support tax compliance activities and liaise with external auditors.
Required profile
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting/Finance.
- CA (CC) partly qualified preferred.
