Visa Consultant / Executive (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Visa Consultant / Executive to join our team in Banani, Dhaka. This entry‑level position involves assisting clients with visa applications and providing reliable support throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through visa application procedures and gather required documentation.
• Prepare and submit visa applications to relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of client information and application status.
• Communicate with embassies, consulates, and government agencies as needed.
• Provide timely updates and customer service to clients regarding their visa cases.

Required profile

• Completed SSC and HSC education.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience or a strong willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an office environment and handle confidential information.
