Accounts Officer

About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Officer to join the finance team of Khwaja Badrudduja Modern Hospital. This position offers the chance to work in a well‑established, growing healthcare organisation and to take hands‑on responsibility for the hospital’s financial operations. The role is based at the Shafipur campus in Kaliakair, Gazipur and involves close collaboration with clinical and administrative departments to ensure timely and accurate financial processing.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile hospital accounts and ledgers.
- Process billing, invoicing and payments for medical services.
- Manage banking transactions and cash flow.
- Prepare and submit VAT and tax filings in compliance with regulations.
- Produce regular financial reports for management review.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Business Studies.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, VAT and tax regulations.
- Ability to work accurately in an office environment.
