Architect (2-5 years experience)

About the role

Simple Symmetry Architect & Engineers is seeking qualified Architects to join our office team in Basundhara. The role involves contributing to the design and execution of architectural projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and specifications for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure design intent and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare presentation materials and visualizations to communicate design ideas.
• Assist in site visits and inspections to verify construction aligns with design documents.
• Maintain project documentation and update design files throughout project phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and material specifications.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and documentation standards.
• Ability to produce detailed construction drawings and specifications.
