About the role

InnStar Ltd, a leading real‑estate developer in Dhaka, is seeking an Architect specialized in technical drafting and documentation. The position is full‑time, based in the company’s office, and supports the design and construction of high‑line residential and commercial projects, including LEED‑certified developments. Founded in 2009, InnStar develops high‑line residential and commercial real‑estate from consultation through construction. The commercial portfolio is LEED Platinum and Gold certified by the USGBC.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage technical architectural drawings and documentation for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design compliance with LEED Platinum and Gold standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or a Diploma in Architecture.
• 4 to 8 years of professional experience in architectural drafting and documentation.
