About the role

Energy+ Electric & Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Site Supervisor to manage a construction project in Dhaka. This full‑time, office‑based position plays a central role in ensuring that construction activities are carried out efficiently and in line with project plans.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on the site.
Monitor progress against schedules and report any deviations.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
Assist in preparing site documentation and liaising with project engineers and contractors.

Required profile

Diploma in Civil Engineering.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision.
