About the role
The Assistant Executive will support the Human Resources, Administration and Compliance functions for a fashion retail brand. Reporting to senior HR leadership, the role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting vacancies and scheduling interviews.
- Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Monitor compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as office supplies, facility management and visitor handling.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics, attendance and compliance audits.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in HR, administration or compliance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
