Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Land Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Land Sales will support the real‑estate team in driving land acquisition and sales activities across Dhaka. Reporting to senior management, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate land purchase opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, and government agencies.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and documentation in compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to shape pricing strategies.
• Lead a small team of sales executives, ensuring targets are met and performance is tracked.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in land sales, real‑estate brokerage, or related commercial roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, Arts, or Social Science.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
