Assistant Manager - Marketing & Sales (Hotel & Resort Share Sales)

About the role

Winstone Properties Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive marketing and sales initiatives for its hotel and resort share offerings. Based in Uttara, this full‑time office role supports the growth of share sales through targeted marketing strategies and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for hotel and resort share products.
• Support the sales team in lead generation, client communication, and closing share transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of marketing materials and sales support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales.
• Academic background in one of the following: Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE) in Marketing, BBA in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (Pass), or BA.
• Training in Real Estate Sales & Marketing is an advantage.

Required skills

• Certification in Digital Marketing, Sales Management or CRM preferred.
• Training in Negotiation, Business Development or Customer Service considered a plus.
