Assistant Manager - VFX & Motion Graphics

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead the creation of high‑impact motion graphics, visual effects and brand videos. The role sits within the creative team and works closely with marketing to produce engaging visual content for digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce motion graphics, VFX, and brand video assets that meet campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align visual concepts with brand guidelines.
• Utilise AI‑powered design tools to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output.
• Oversee end‑to‑end post‑production processes, ensuring timely delivery of final assets.
• Maintain quality standards and consistency across all visual deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics, VFX or related visual design roles.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
