About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant/Deputy Manager to lead our Textile Planning function within a leading knit textile factory. The role focuses on ensuring timely fabric delivery and efficient board planning to support production schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain fabric delivery plans aligned with production needs.
- Coordinate board planning activities to optimise material flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Generate regular reports on planning performance and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in fabric delivery and board planning.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
