About the role

We are looking for an Associate to support Credit Risk Management with a focus on legal vetting of credit proposals. The role will be based in Bangladesh and will serve our operations in Cumilla, Dhaka and Mymensingh.

Key responsibilities

Review and analyse legal documents related to credit applications.
Assess legal risks associated with credit proposals.
Collaborate with credit analysts to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Prepare legal vetting reports for senior management.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Master’s degree in Law (LLM) from a recognised university.
Minimum two years of relevant experience in legal or credit risk environments.
Strong analytical and written communication skills.

Required skills

Legal document analysis.
Understanding of credit risk principles.
