Chartered Accountant

About the role

Lipy Paper Mill is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our finance team in Naya Paltan. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning for our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
• Oversee statutory compliance, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.
• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and cost control.
• Maintain robust internal controls and risk management practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAB or an internationally recognized chartered accountancy body.
• 8 to 16 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh financial regulations and standards.
