Montrims Limited is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager or Senior Manager to lead its compliance function in Kaliakair. The role involves overseeing third‑party and buyer audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to embed compliance best practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor third‑party and buyer audits.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance integration.

Required profile

• Graduate from a public university.
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
